Taco Soup

Debi’s Taco Soup




• 1 LB Cooked Ground Beef, Ground Chicken or Ground Turkey
• 1 Onion
• 1 Package Taco Seasoning
• 1 Packet Dry Ranch Dressing
• 1 Can Rotel
• 1 Can Ranch Style Beans
• 1 Can Pinto Beans
• 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
• 2 Cans (or l large) Stewed tomatoes (puree in blender)
• 2 Cups Water (or less)


Cook meat with onion until done. Add packets of seasoning. Add remaining ingredients without draining canned products. Simmer for about 30 minutes and ready to serve. You can make this the night before and refrigerate. I like it best after a day or two. Also you can cook meat the night before, add to crockpot the next morning with other ingredients and turn on low and ready for dinner.

If you do not like to “see” chunks of tomato – you can add the Rotel to the blender also

If you are using Weight Watchers Points Plus – I believe the count is 3 points for 1 cup.
