Broccoli Cornbread


Debi’s Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients:

• 2 Boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
• 4 Eggs
• ½ Stick Reduced Calorie Butter (Melted)
• 1 Cup Skim or 1% Milk
• 8 Oz Fat Free Cottage Cheese
• 1 Small Box Frozen Chopped Broccoli (Thawed) (I have used fresh before too)



Directions:

Mix all ingredients and spray 9X13 pan with baking spray. Add mixture and bake at 350 for approximately 30 – 30 minutes. Cool before cutting into serving portions.
